# Recommend Replier and earn rewards

> Create a referral code, follow your commission, and request a payout.

The **Affiliate Program** lets you share Replier with new customers. Eligible referrals receive 20% off their first three months, and you earn 30% of qualifying subscription payments for 12 calendar months from their first successful payment.

## Create and share your code

1. Open **Affiliate Program** from your account menu.
2. Choose a code: 4–24 English letters or numbers, starting with a letter. Reserved or already used codes are unavailable.
3. Read the terms, accept them, and select **Register my code**.
4. Use **Link** or **Code** to copy what you want to share. A referral link applies the code at checkout; a discount code can be entered there.

Choose carefully: your code cannot be changed or reassigned. If registration is unavailable, check again later. If your account is suspended, contact support.

## How commission works

Commission is based on collected subscription revenue after discounts, excluding tax and before payment processing fees. Trials, failed payments, and free invoices do not earn commission. Changing or canceling a plan does not restart the 12-month period.

Each commission waits **30 days** before becoming available. Balances are shown in USD.

| Pending   | Waiting for the hold period to end.      |
| Available | Ready for a payout request.              |
| Requested | Reserved for an existing payout request. |
| Sent      | Paid out.                                |

The commission log shows payments, adjustments, and availability dates. Refunds reduce the related commission; disputed payments are held. If a refund affects money already paid out, future earnings cover the adjustment. This can make Available negative.

## Request a payout

1. Reach at least **US\$50 in available earnings** and verify your primary email.
2. Select **Request payout** and review the amount.
3. For the first request, choose your bank account country and whether the recipient is an individual or company.
4. Confirm and complete the identity and bank details requested in the payout setup.
5. Return to Replier. The saved request continues automatically after verification; the status can take up to 15 minutes to update.

Country and recipient type cannot be changed after submission. Contact support if they need correcting. Replier covers payout fees. International bank payouts may be converted to a supported currency. Arrival can take several business days after the payment is sent.

## Track or fix a payout

Use **Payout history**, **Refresh**, or **Payout details**. If setup is incomplete or its link expired, choose **Continue payout setup**.

Failed, returned, or canceled payments can restore the amount to your available balance. Follow the message shown: update bank details, retry later, or contact support. Under review means more checking is needed. If payouts are temporarily unavailable, your earnings remain recorded.

## Sharing rules

Do not refer yourself or workspaces you own or control. Do not send spam, impersonate Replier, post codes on coupon sites, bid on Replier's brand in ads, or create fake referrals. Keep payout details accurate and meet applicable tax obligations.
