# Analytics and interaction exports

> Understand Replier delivery and click metrics, then export interaction data to CSV.

Replier reports whether automations sent DMs and whether recipients opened tracked buttons. Use these results to compare campaigns and improve the public prompt, DM, or destination page.

## Dashboard results

The dashboard's 7-day view includes:

* DMs sent
* Link clicks
* Change from the previous 7 days
* Top-performing automations
* The hours when followers comment and click, shown in your timezone

Hourly charts need enough activity before they become useful. Empty charts do not mean that the automation is broken; check its recent activity first.

## Automation results

Open an automation to see:

| Metric       | What it means                                        |
| ------------ | ---------------------------------------------------- |
| Sent DMs | Private replies Replier sent successfully |
| Clicked | Recipients who opened at least one tracked button |
| Total clicks | Every tracked button click, including repeat clicks |
| Click rate | Clickers as a share of sent DMs |
| By button | Click performance for each current or removed button |

<Note>
  Replier keeps repeat clicks separate from unique clickers. A person who opens the same link twice contributes two total clicks but remains one clicker.
</Note>

## Export interactions

You can export one automation or everyone who interacted across a connected channel.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Choose the scope">
    For one automation, open it and select **Export interactions**. For a whole channel, open **Channels**, use that channel's action menu, and select **Export interactions**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the preview">
    Replier shows the latest rows before download. The final export includes all matching interactions, not only the preview.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose columns">
    Keep or remove fields such as channel, user ID, latest name, name history, profile URL, automation names, first and last interaction, comment count, DMs sent, failures, skipped actions, and total clicks.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Download the CSV">
    Select **Export CSV**. Open the file in your preferred spreadsheet or analysis tool.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Info>
  Exported social identifiers and interaction history are personal data. Store the file securely, share it only with people who need it, and use it in line with applicable privacy and messaging rules.
</Info>

## Read the numbers together

* Many comments but few sent DMs: check trigger matching, connection health, and recent failures.
* Many sent DMs but few clicks: make the DM's first line and button label more specific.
* Many clicks but weak downstream results: review the destination page or offer.
* One button consistently wins: remove competing buttons or make the winning action primary.
