# Studio workspaces

> Manage shared channels, automations, members, roles, billing, and audit logs on the Studio plan.

Studio gives your team a separate shared workspace. Its channels, automations, activity, members, and billing stay separate from each person's Personal workspace.

Studio includes up to 10 connected channels and 20 organization members.

## Create a Studio workspace

<Steps>
  <Step title="Choose Studio">
    Open **Plan and usage**, select Studio, and enter the name for the new workspace.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete checkout">
    Stripe handles the subscription. Studio billing belongs to the new workspace, not your Personal workspace.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose what happens to Personal data">
    Move your Personal workspace data into Studio or start Studio empty.

    Moving data includes personal Instagram and Facebook connections, automations, logs, click history, and analytics. Other workspaces are unchanged.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Finish setup">
    Replier creates and opens the Studio workspace. Use the workspace switcher to move between Personal and Studio later.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Roles and permissions

| Role | What they can do |
| ------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Owner | Manage billing, channels, members, roles, automations, and ownership |
| Admin | Manage channels, invite or remove members, update roles, and edit automations |
| Member | View the workspace and edit shared automations |

Only the owner can transfer workspace ownership. Owners and admins can view the audit log.

## Invite teammates

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Members">
    In the Studio workspace, open **Workspace** and select **Members**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send an invite">
    Select **Invite a teammate**, enter their email, choose Admin or Member, and send the invitation.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Share the invite if needed">
    Pending invitations include a copyable link. You can also revoke an invitation before it is accepted.
  </Step>
</Steps>

The teammate must sign in with the invited email. Joining Studio does not remove their own Personal workspace.

## Change access

Owners and admins can change a member between Admin and Member or remove them. Removing someone takes away their Studio access; the workspace's automations and logs stay in place.

When the owner transfers ownership, the selected member becomes Owner. The previous owner stays as an Admin unless removed later.

## Review the audit log

The **Logs** page records changes such as invitations, role updates, workspace renames, channel connections, automation changes, Studio setup, and billing state changes. Filter by member and open a row to inspect before, after, and metadata details.

<Tip>
  Give Admin access only to people who need to manage channels or members. Member access is enough for teammates who create and edit automations.
</Tip>
