<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What does Replier do?" defaultOpen>
    Replier watches selected Instagram and Facebook posts. When a comment matches an active trigger, it posts your saved public reply, sends your saved DM, and tracks clicks on DM buttons.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is Replier a full chatbot or inbox?">
    No. Replier does not provide CRM segmentation, broadcasts, support inboxes, AI support replies, or multi-step funnel builders. It focuses on comment-to-DM.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Which channels can I connect?">
    Replier supports eligible Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages through Meta's permissions. Free and Creator workspaces can connect up to 2 channels; Studio can connect up to 10.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How are keywords matched?">
    Matching ignores capitalization and checks whether a comment contains any saved word or phrase. The keyword `guide` matches “GUIDE please.” Choose distinctive terms to avoid unintended contained-string matches.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can every comment trigger a DM?">
    Yes. Choose **Any comment**. Replier ignores comments made by the connected account itself.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can one automation watch several posts?">
    Yes. Add specific Instagram or Facebook posts and future-post targets to one automation. They share the same trigger, replies, DM, buttons, and quota.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can Replier reply to comments from before activation?">
    After activation or resume, Replier can offer a preview of eligible matching comments from the previous 7 days. One run starts with at most 100 and skips comments already handled.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What does click tracking count?">
    Replier reports sent DMs, recipients who clicked, total clicks, click rate, and results by button. Repeat opens increase total clicks while the recipient remains one clicker.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What is included in an interaction export?">
    You choose the CSV columns. Available data can include channel, social user ID, latest name, name history, profile URL, automation names, interaction dates, comments, sent DMs, failed or skipped actions, and total clicks.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I use Replier for free?">
    Eligible Personal workspaces begin with a 7-day Creator trial that requires payment details. It renews unless canceled. After cancellation, the Free Plan includes 100 auto-DMs each month.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens when I cancel?">
    Paid access continues through the displayed end date. The workspace then moves to the Free Plan without deleting its data.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What does Studio add?">
    Studio provides a separate shared workspace, up to 10 connected channels, up to 20 members, role-based access, and audit logs. Each teammate keeps their Personal workspace.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I get help?">
    Email [support@usereplier.com](mailto:support@usereplier.com). Include the workspace, channel, automation, post URL, approximate time, and exact status or error. Never send a password or full payment details.
