# Replier help center

> Learn how to turn Instagram and Facebook comments into automatic DMs, track clicks, and manage your Replier account.

Replier sends a saved DM when a comment matches an active automation. You choose the post, trigger, public reply, private message, and links. Replier handles the repeat work and shows you what happened.

## How the loop works

    They comment one of your saved keywords, or any comment if you use the **Any comment** trigger.

  <Step title="Replier responds">
    Replier posts your public reply and sends the private DM you wrote.
  </Step>

  <Step title="They open your link">
    Buttons in the DM use tracked links, so Replier can count clickers and repeat clicks.
  </Step>

  <Step title="You review the result">
    The automation and dashboard show delivery and click activity. You can also export interactions to CSV.

  Replier connects through Meta's official permissions. It never asks for your Instagram or Facebook password and does not use browser automation.

## What Replier is for

Use Replier when your call to action sounds like “Comment **guide**, **price**, or **link** and I’ll DM it to you.” It works well for lead magnets, booking pages, product links, course details, waitlists, promo codes, and other repeatable replies.

Replier is not a CRM, support inbox, broadcast tool, or multi-step chatbot builder. It focuses on comment-to-DM automations for supported Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages.
