Open your account menu and select Manage account. This is separate from Settings, which controls appearance and language.
Change your profile
In Profile, edit your first and last name, then select Update profile.
To change your avatar, choose Update avatar and upload a JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP file up to 5 MB. Choose Remove to remove the current image.
The profile page also shows your email addresses, primary email, and connected sign-in accounts. These sign-in accounts are different from the Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages used for automations.
Change your password
In Security, use Update password if password sign-in is available for your account. Enter the current password, the new password, and the new password again, then save.
Use at least 8 characters. Changing your password signs out other sessions. Accounts that only use a connected sign-in provider may not have a Replier password to update.
The page also shows whether two-step verification is configured. That status is not a setup control for adding a new verification method.
Sign out devices
Review the device information and last activity shown under Security. Choose Sign out for a device, or Sign out other devices to keep this session and end the others.
If you do not recognize a session, sign it out and review your sign-in details.
Manage AI access
The AI connections tab lets you pause or resume ChatGPT, Claude, and other connected AI apps. Read the AI connection guide.
Delete your account
- Review and cancel any active paid subscriptions in Plan and usage first, including Studio workspaces you own.
- Return to Manage account → Security → Delete account.
- Read the confirmation and confirm deletion. If billing still needs attention, Replier directs you to resolve it first.
Deleting your sign-in account is permanent. Do not use it to pause automations
or assume it cancels a paid subscription.
