Your account settings control how Replier looks and which optional analytics it may use. Channel and workspace controls determine access to automation data.
Change preferences
Open Settings from the dashboard navigation.
- Appearance: Choose Light, Dark, or System
- Language: Choose the language used across the app and public pages
- Privacy: Open cookie settings and change optional analytics consent
Manage connected-channel access
You can end a connection in three places:
- Disconnect the Instagram account or Facebook Page from Replier’s Channels page
- Remove Replier from your Meta account settings
- Submit a valid data deletion request
Disconnecting a channel stops comment listening and pauses its automation targets. See Connect Instagram and Facebook.
Request data deletion
Use the data deletion page or contact [email protected] with the channel that was connected.
A valid request removes the associated connection records, Meta access tokens, and stored automation logs, unless limited records must be retained for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Data deletion is different from disconnecting. Disconnecting stops access; a valid deletion request removes the associated stored data covered by the request.
