Automation results
Open an automation to see:Replier keeps repeat clicks separate from unique clickers. A person who opens the same link twice contributes two total clicks but remains one clicker.
Export interactions
You can export one automation or everyone who interacted across a connected channel.1
Choose the scope
For one automation, open it and select Export interactions. For a whole channel, open Channels, use that channel’s action menu, and select Export interactions.
2
Review the preview
Replier shows the latest rows before download. The final export includes all matching interactions, not only the preview.
3
Choose columns
Keep or remove fields such as channel, user ID, latest name, name history, profile URL, automation names, first and last interaction, comment count, DMs sent, failures, skipped actions, and total clicks.
4
Download the CSV
Select Export CSV. Open the file in your preferred spreadsheet or analysis tool.
Exported social identifiers and interaction history are personal data. Store the file securely, share it only with people who need it, and use it in line with applicable privacy and messaging rules.
Read the numbers together
- Many comments but few sent DMs: check trigger matching, connection health, and recent failures.
- Many sent DMs but few clicks: make the DM’s first line and button label more specific.
- Many clicks but weak downstream results: review the destination page or offer.
- One button consistently wins: remove competing buttons or make the winning action primary.
