You can ask ChatGPT, Claude, or another compatible AI app to view your Replier data and create or manage automations. You still need a Replier account, connected social channels, and access to the workspace you want to use.

Connect your AI app

In Replier, open your account menu, choose Manage account → AI connections, and select Connect AI. Choose your app to see its setup steps and the exact links or server address to use:
  • Claude: Replier has an official listing in Claude’s connector directory. Select Open Replier in Claude, or open Customize → Connectors in Claude yourself and search for Replier.
  • ChatGPT: Replier is not a listed plugin. Open the Plugins page, create a custom app, name it Replier yourself, paste the copied server address, and choose OAuth as the authentication method. Custom apps must be available on your ChatGPT plan; on a managed workspace, an admin may need to enable developer mode first.
  • Other AI apps, including coding agents: Copy the server address shown and sign in with OAuth in that app. If your app can edit its own MCP settings, such as a coding agent, select Copy prompt for AI instead and paste the copied prompt into a chat — it includes the server address and a JSON configuration entry for clients that need one.
Then, for any app:
  1. Select Connect (or start authorization).
  2. Sign in to your Replier account on the page that opens.
  3. Review the requested access and approve it.
  4. Return to the AI app, finish any connection or tool scan step it runs, and enable Replier for your conversation.
You do not need to give the AI app your social password. If you use a team account and Replier is unavailable, ask your workspace owner to enable it.

What you can ask

  • “Show my Replier workspaces and connected accounts.”
  • “List recent posts and active Instagram stories for this account.”
  • “Show this account’s results for the last 30 days.”
  • “Compare the results of these automations.”
  • “Create an automation for this post: when someone says guide, reply publicly and send this download link.”
  • “Pause the guide automation and change its DM link.”
  • “Check whether this automation is valid before I turn it on.”
  • “Show recent activity for this automation, and how each button in its message flow performed.”
Specify the workspace and social account when you have more than one. Before approving creation, check the selected posts or stories, matching words, public reply, DM, links, and whether the automation will be active. Creating or editing through AI follows the same limits as the dashboard: up to 24 targets, three buttons, an optional photo, Instagram Follow Gate when applicable, and message flows in Studio. The app can also turn automations on or off, delete one after you confirm, and reply to recent comments an automation missed after you review a preview. It does not provide every dashboard action. Use Replier to manage channels, members, and billing.

Understand and control access

Read access can view your workspaces, connected accounts, posts, stories, automations, and results. Write access can create, edit, turn on or off, and delete automations, upload a reply photo, and send confirmed catch-up replies, subject to your workspace role. The app can only access workspaces you belong to. In Replier, open your account menu, choose Manage account, then AI connections. You can see each app, its access, and when it was last used. Choose Pause access to block its next request. Choose Resume access to allow requests again. Pausing applies to your account across every workspace you belong to, not only the one you were using when you connected it. This does not pause automations already running in Replier. Choose Revoke access to remove the app. It loses access right away. To use it again, connect Replier in the AI app and approve access. Automations it created keep running. To remove the connector from the AI app itself, disconnect it there too. If access fails, check that the connection is enabled in your conversation, not paused or revoked in Replier, and using the intended account and workspace.
