What does Replier do?

Replier watches selected Instagram and Facebook posts. When a comment matches an active trigger, it posts your saved public reply, sends your saved DM, and tracks clicks on DM buttons.
No. Replier does not provide CRM segmentation, broadcasts, support inboxes, AI support replies, or multi-step funnel builders. It focuses on comment-to-DM.
Replier supports eligible Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages through Meta’s permissions. Free and Creator workspaces can connect up to 2 channels; Studio can connect up to 10.
Matching ignores capitalization and checks whether a comment contains any saved word or phrase. The keyword guide matches “GUIDE please.” Choose distinctive terms to avoid unintended contained-string matches.
Yes. Choose Any comment. Replier ignores comments made by the connected account itself.
Yes. Add specific Instagram or Facebook posts and future-post targets to one automation. They share the same trigger, replies, DM, buttons, and quota.
After activation or resume, Replier can offer a preview of eligible matching comments from the previous 7 days. One run starts with at most 100 and skips comments already handled.
Replier reports sent DMs, recipients who clicked, total clicks, click rate, and results by button. Repeat opens increase total clicks while the recipient remains one clicker.
You choose the CSV columns. Available data can include channel, social user ID, latest name, name history, profile URL, automation names, interaction dates, comments, sent DMs, failed or skipped actions, and total clicks.
Eligible Personal workspaces begin with a 7-day Creator trial that requires payment details. It renews unless canceled. After cancellation, the Free Plan includes 100 auto-DMs each month.
Paid access continues through the displayed end date. The workspace then moves to the Free Plan without deleting its data.
Studio provides a separate shared workspace, up to 10 connected channels, up to 20 members, role-based access, and audit logs. Each teammate keeps their Personal workspace.
Email [email protected]. Include the workspace, channel, automation, post URL, approximate time, and exact status or error. Never send a password or full payment details.
