Compare plans

All plans include unlimited automations, click results, and interaction exports. Paid plans are intended for normal creator and small-brand use; abnormal or abusive volumes may be limited. Meta’s messaging rules still apply. Checkout shows the current price, any tax, and the amount due before you confirm. Billing is in US dollars; international cards are charged the USD amount shown. Creator and Studio can also be billed yearly, at $100 and $490 a year: two months free. Switch the plan picker to Yearly before you check out. Studio includes 10 channels. Each extra channel is $5 a month, or $50 a year on yearly billing. Studio owners and admins can add up to 40 extra channels (50 in total) from Plan and usage; contact support for more. If you pay monthly, you can switch to yearly yourself. Open Plan and usage, go to Billing period, and select Switch to yearly. The confirmation shows what you pay now, after credit for the unused part of your monthly plan, and your next renewal date. If the payment doesn’t go through, pay the invoice shown, then try again. Switching from yearly back to monthly, or switching a subscription with a custom price, a scheduled change, or a cancellation, goes through support.

Creator trial

Try Creator free for 14 days. No credit card required. Your trial gives you Creator’s unlimited interactions, subject to fair use, the same as a paid Creator subscription. Your 14-day trial starts when you continue. When it ends, you move to the Free Plan with 100 interactions for the current monthly period, then 100 more every period after that. There is no automatic charge. Paid subscriptions and trials previously started through Stripe keep their existing billing terms. Cancel through billing controls; access continues until the displayed end date. After that end date, a canceled Personal subscription returns to the Free Plan and a canceled Studio subscription pauses its automations; your rules, posts, and history stay saved.

Free interaction allowance

Open Plan and usage to see usage and the next reset date. Free includes 100 interactions per monthly workspace period, resetting on the same day of the month your period started rather than the 1st of the calendar month. An interaction is one automation run for one person, counted once their first message is delivered, including a Follow Gate, opening, or email prompt. Follow-up messages in the same run do not add interactions. Once used, automations stop sending until the allowance resets or you upgrade. Catch up replies also count toward this allowance.

Use a referral discount

An eligible new customer can receive 20% off the first three months of a monthly Creator or Studio subscription. With yearly billing, it takes 20% off the first year. Open a referral link before signing up, or enter the shared discount code during checkout. A referral link applies its discount automatically; checkout does not accept another code on top of it. Review the final amount and trial renewal terms. The regular price resumes after the discount ends. People who previously started a trial or attempted payment may not qualify. An invitation banner does not guarantee eligibility; checkout confirms the amount. If a code is rejected, check the code and eligibility or contact support before paying. Manage payments

From Plan and usage, you can change plans, apply an eligible coupon, manage payment methods, open the billing portal, view invoices, download invoice PDFs, and cancel. A plan-change confirmation shows any charge or credit for unused time. Review it before confirming. Stripe stores complete payment details; Replier only shows limited details such as brand, last four digits, and expiry. If a payment fails, a 24-hour grace period may apply. Complete payment by the deadline shown. If payment is still unpaid after grace ends, Replier cancels the subscription, voids the failed invoice, and emails you. Personal workspaces move to Free; Studio automations pause. Your data and settings stay saved. Payments still processing are checked again before cancellation. To restore paid access afterward, start a new subscription from billing. Understand billing emails. Studio billing belongs to its workspace. Switch to the right workspace and have the owner manage it. Cancel a subscription before deleting your sign-in account.
