Catch up finds eligible comments and Instagram story messages that Replier received but has not already handled. It uses your active automations and their saved replies. It does not search your entire social inbox or recover every old interaction from before the account was connected.

Which replies can appear?

The account must still be connected, the automation must be active, and the response must match its selected content and keywords. Future-post and all-story choices still respect when they became active. To avoid duplicate messages, the list excludes replies already handled, follow requests already sent, and replies whose previous delivery could not be confirmed.

Review and send

  1. Open Catch up in the dashboard navigation. A badge shows pending replies; 100+ means more are available.
  2. Select Check again to refresh the list. Replies closest to their deadline appear first.
  3. Read the sender, original response, automation, and Reply by time. Open Preview reply to see the saved message and public reply versions. If Follow Gate applies, the follow request comes first.
  4. Visible items are selected by default. Clear any you do not want to send. Use Load more replies to review more; check the selected total again afterward.
  5. Select Reply to … when ready. This sends real replies and uses your normal workspace sending allowance.
  6. Open each automation’s Results to check delivery. “Queued” means the reply was accepted for sending, not that it has arrived yet.

If something changes

A response may be skipped if it was already handled, expired, or no longer matches the saved automation. If a send fails or only part of a batch is confirmed, refresh the list before trying again. If replying is unavailable, check your workspace access and plan and usage. A new reply window is not created by refreshing the page. The recent-comment prompt shown after activation or resume is separate and only covers comments. Catch up also covers eligible Instagram story messages.
