Edit the message or trigger
Open an automation and select Edit. You can change its name, trigger, keywords, public reply variants, private DM, buttons, and selection mode. Changes affect future matches. Removing a keyword, reply, or button does not rewrite messages already sent. Existing click history for a removed button stays in reports.Add or remove posts
Use the targets section to add another Instagram or Facebook post, or an All future posts target. The new target uses the automation’s existing reply behavior. Removing a target stops that post or future-post scope from using the automation. Other targets remain active.Pause and resume
- Pause
- Resume
Select Pause and confirm. Replier stops acting on new comments for that automation until you resume it.
Reply to recent comments
After you activate or resume an eligible automation, Replier can check recent comments that it has not handled.- The lookback window is 7 days
- Keywords use the same case-insensitive contains matching as new comments
- Any comment includes every eligible non-own comment
- One catch-up run starts with at most 100 matches
- Previously handled comments are skipped
