Open Contacts in the correct workspace to see recorded Instagram and Facebook contacts. This list comes from interactions Replier has recorded, not your entire follower list.

Find a contact

  • Search by name or email and submit the search.
  • Filter by the source Instagram account or Facebook Page.
  • Use previous and next to browse the results, 50 contacts per page.
Rows show the person, source channel, user ID, and collected email when available. Names and avatars depend on information Meta makes available; an ID or placeholder may appear instead. A person interacting with different connected accounts can have separate records. Email collection checks format only. A saved address is not proof of mailbox ownership.

Export the filtered list

  1. Apply the search and source filter you want.
  2. Select Export CSV, review the sample, and select columns.
  3. Export the file. It includes all contacts matching those filters, not just the current page or the 20-row preview.
Available columns include email, channel, source account and ID, user ID, latest name, name history, and profile URL when available. For delivery counts and clicks, use interaction exports. Viewing contacts requires interaction-viewing permission; exporting also requires export permission. Ask a workspace admin to adjust your role if you cannot access these actions. Share exported identifiers and email addresses only with people who need them.
