Choose where it runs
You can attach one automation to multiple Instagram or Facebook targets. Every target shares the same trigger, public replies, DM, buttons, and usage quota.- Specific posts
- All future posts
Choose recent posts or paste a supported post URL. This keeps reporting focused on a known campaign.
Set the comment trigger
- Specific keywords
- Any comment
Add each word or phrase that should trigger the automation. Matching is case-insensitive and checks whether the comment contains any saved keyword. For example, the keyword
guide matches “GUIDE please” and also any longer text containing those letters. Choose a distinctive keyword if accidental matches would be a problem.Write the public reply
The public reply appears beneath the person’s comment before Replier sends the DM.- Add 1 to 5 reply variants
- Keep each reply to 300 characters or fewer
- Choose Random to pick any saved reply
- Choose Round-robin to use each reply in order
Write the private DM
Write the message you would otherwise copy and paste. A DM can contain up to 640 characters. Lead with the thing the person requested. Then add a clear next step. For example: “Here’s the checklist. Start with step one, then use the booking link if you want help.”Add buttons
You can add up to three link buttons to one DM. Each button needs:- A label up to 20 characters
- A complete destination URL, including
https://
Review and activate
Use the preview to check the post, trigger, public reply variants, DM, and buttons. Give the automation a recognizable name, then select Turn on automation. After activation, test from an account other than the connected account. Your own comments do not trigger the Any comment mode.Replier can only send messages that Meta permits for the connected account, Page, and commenter. Platform permissions and delivery behavior can change.
